What is our return policy?
We are a family owned business, pleasing party people with beautiful invitations through easy online ordering since 1995.
Your beautiful invitations are printed exclusively for you. They will have the name of your loved one, your party information, address etc on the card. Due to the nature of this highly personalized product we do not accept returns.
Of course we work very closely with you to ensure that your product is exactly as you would like it. Many of our invitations have an online tool for you to use to manipulate the font, design, wording, spelling exactly as you would like. We then print them exactly as you see them with no changes at all -- NONE! We therefore encourage you to carefully review your wording exactly as you see it. Especially proofread spellings of People's Names and Street names -- Even simple names like Jill, Jyll, Jyl can have many variations so we dont begin to questions the spelling -- shoot our daughter's name is Kyerra --- who is going to guess the spelling of that name correctly?
On occasion something will stand out to us as potentially being wrong, in which case we may contact the buyer for clarification. We ask that after you place an order you check your e-mail for possible communication from us. We will also use your e-mail to communicate shipping information so you'll want to be aware of that.
For orders of custom invitations for which we create the images (which are labeled SAR on the site or which you have e-mailed us and asked us to make) we do not print until you give the final OK. We will e-mail you a proof with the following wording:
Thank you for your order. Attached is the proof you requested. Please take a close look at it and be sure everything is exactly as you would like it. Pay particular attention to all spelling, letters, numbers, dates, layout and font. Upon your approval these will print exactly as you see it. There are no exchanges or refunds after an approval is given.
Please reply to this e-mail with changes or an approval.
We will then work with you until you completely approve of the design and wording. Once you approve we will send to our professional printers who digitally print the invitations with your wording and design that has been created just for you. So once you approve, we can not stop the process so there are no refunds or exchanges.
